I rarely think about the strong role technology plays in my life unless it's 3 a.m. and I'm STILL online and my ojos start singin' .  I wasn't born with an iPod in hand, but I've learned quickly how much is possible through technology and have grown to embrace it. Despite how much time I spent clicking and clacking away at various keyboards and screens, I consider myself lucky that I have non-technology traits in tact as well.  In a world where anyone and anything is accessable, any time, anywhere; I can be patient and calm.  Although I'm able to keep sane with 9,000 different windows open (and have been known to crash many a computer because of it- shout out to you '98 Gateway!), I can focus my attention to one project at a time.  While I can connect with 600 'friends' via Facebook and have interacted virtually with landlords, employers and peers I have never met; I'd rather be in the physical company of friends and family in the kitchen, gym ...

Last time we talked I was tied up in all that graduating business. Since then, I've wandered all around the state, shopped til' I dropped, celebrated the holidays with my family and resettled in with a different family. This is neither here nor there, though. What else have I been up to? Certainly not job hunting. And by certainly not I mean certainly have been, obsessively. And I'm certainly not considering positions out of state. Ahem. This came by way of email from mother this afternoon. No, it's not 'How To Feng Shui Your Life', or WORLD'S FUNKIEST TATTOOS!!!
